המידע שנמסר ומטרות השימוש
בטופסי יצירת הקשר נאספים שם, טלפון, כתובת דוא״ל ותוכן הפנייה, וכן נושא הפנייה ככל שקיים שדה כזה. הפרטים משמשים למענה, לחזרה לפונה, למסירת מידע ולהכנת הצעות בקשר לפעילויות שורשים ישראל.
בטופסי ההשתתפות נאספים פרטי ההרשמה והאישורים שנמסרו בטופס, ובכלל זה שם, טלפון, כתובת דוא״ל, שם הפעילות ותאריכה, ותאריך לידה ומספר תעודת זהות ככל שנמסרו. מסירת תאריך הלידה ומספר תעודת הזהות היא אופציונלית. המידע משמש לטיפול ברישום לפעילות ולתיעוד הסכם ההשתתפות והבחירות שנמסרו במסגרתו. אין לכלול בשדות ההודעה מידע אישי שאינו נחוץ לפנייה.
מסירת פרטים מבחירה
מסירת הפרטים בטפסים נעשית מרצונכם ובהסכמתכם. לא קיימת חובה כללית בדין למסור לנו פרטים באמצעות האתר. ללא פרטי קשר נחוצים ייתכן שלא נוכל לחזור אליכם; ללא הפרטים והאישורים הנחוצים להרשמה ייתכן שלא נוכל להשלים את הרישום באמצעות הטופס. לבירור דרך חלופית ניתן לפנות לכתובת הדוא״ל שלעיל.
דואר אלקטרוני וספקי שירות
הפרטים הנשלחים בטפסים מועברים לדואר האלקטרוני של מפעיל האתר לצורך הטיפול בפנייה או ברישום. בטפסים שבהם מופעלת שמירת פניות, ובהם טופסי ההשתתפות, נשמר גם עותק במערכת האתר (Elementor). לרשומת הפנייה עשויים להתלוות מועד השליחה, כתובת העמוד ונתונים טכניים כגון כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן, בהתאם להגדרות הטופס. ספקי התשתית של האתר ושל שירותי הדוא״ל מעבדים את המידע לצורך העברת הטופס, אחסון ההודעות ותפעול השירות. מסירת מידע נוספת תיעשה בהתאם לדין, ובהסכמה כאשר היא נדרשת.
תפעול האתר, אבטחה ונגישות
האתר משתמש בשירותי אחסון uPress, בתוסף האבטחה Wordfence ובשירות הנגישות Enable. במסגרת הפעלת האתר והשירותים עשויים להיות מעובדים נתונים טכניים, כגון כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, מועד הפנייה ודפים שהתבקשו, לצורך תפעול, אבטחה ומתן שירותי נגישות. ייתכן שימוש בעוגיות או באחסון מקומי לצורך תפקוד האתר ושמירת העדפות. ניתן לנהל עוגיות באמצעות הגדרות הדפדפן, אך חסימתן עשויה לפגוע בחלק מהתפקוד.
המידע עשוי להיכלל גם בגיבויי מערכת האתר והדוא״ל.
דיוור ותמונות
עצם מילוי טופס יצירת קשר או הרשמה אינו הסכמה לקבלת פרסומות או לשימוש בתמונה לצורכי פרסום. כאשר מתבקשת הסכמה לדיוור שיווקי או לשימוש בתמונות ובסרטונים, היא תוצג בנפרד והפעילות תיעשה בהתאם להסכמה שניתנה. ניתן לבקש הפסקת דיוור בכתובת הדוא״ל שלעיל או באמצעות אפשרות ההסרה שבהודעה, ככל שקיימת.
משך שמירה וזכויות
משך שמירת המידע תלוי בסוג הפנייה, בניהול ההרשמה והפעילות, בצורכי תיעוד ובחובות שמירה לפי הדין. לפרטים על מידע שנשמר עליכם או לבקשה הנוגעת להמשך שמירתו ניתן לפנות לכתובת הדוא״ל המפורטת במדיניות זו. פרסום המדיניות אינו משנה כשלעצמו את הגדרות שמירת הפניות באתר.
בכפוף לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, ניתן לבקש לעיין במידע האישי עליכם המוחזק במאגר מידע, ולבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן. ניתן גם לפנות בבקשות מחיקה נוספות, שייבחנו לפי הדין וחובות השמירה החלות. לפניות: info@shorashiminisrael.com. ייתכן שנבקש פרטים הנחוצים לאימות זהות הפונה לפני מסירת מידע או שינויו.
