Participation Agreement- Volunteering Activity

I, the undersigned, hereby confirm my participation in an agricultural volunteering activity that includes: Agricultural work in the field Practical and theoretical workshops, Guided field trips, Professional training and explanations

I authorize the organizers of the activity to freely use photos and videos taken during the activity, in which I may appear, for the purposes of documentation, advertising, a website, social networks, marketing materials and any other media use, free of charge and without time limit.

I authorize the organizers of the activity to send me a weekly mailing (newsletter) that includes updates, information on additional activities, agricultural and community content, and suggestions for joining similar events in the future.

Your registration details and confirmations will be stored in the website system and emailed to Shorashim Israel to process registration and document the participation agreement, using website and email service providers. Providing information is voluntary. Without the details required by the form, registration cannot be completed through it. Date of birth and ID number are optional.
